  4. hey all! just got my internet yesterday......and had my first fitness class today. So at 35 with very little fitness background I was able to keep up and pass some (not all of course) 17-18 year old kids. Viva la crossfit!
    P.S. Austin those numbers are awesome from yesterday.

    As Tracey mentioned Zach and Silas got really close to the M/U today. It is not going to be long. Good on Zach for smoking the Wod tonight.

    Tracey is ever so close now. Almost made it last night after Karate, I mean really really close. I figure at the very latest she will have her Muscle Up when we come back from the o lifting cert next week end. We have lots of folk with Muscle Ups. Guess we are doing something right.

    Welcome Doug! He is a gamer. Should be fun.

    Doug has some knee issues after a confrontation with a snowmobile so we subbed weighted squats for the tuck jumps and jumping squats.
