I ended up doing something similar to this last night: 1 km run from home to track on Grange 75 pushups 400 m run on track 75 situps 1.4 km run (once around track then back home) I was killing it, but the last 1.4km were mostly up hill (on Grange between the track and my house) and I hit a wall big time and ended up walking the last 400m or so. I also wanted to get some more 400m "sprints" in there, but some track club came and took over the track. Got home and did some handstand practice.
Big welcome to Adrian. He is a University of Guelph wrestler who got his first sip of the kool Aid this morning. I think he likes it!
