  4. I ended up doing something similar to this last night:
    1 km run from home to track on Grange
    75 pushups
    400 m run on track
    75 situps
    1.4 km run (once around track then back home)
    I was killing it, but the last 1.4km were mostly up hill (on Grange between the track and my house) and I hit a wall big time and ended up walking the last 400m or so. I also wanted to get some more 400m "sprints" in there, but some track club came and took over the track.
    Got home and did some handstand practice.
