I did these Tuesday evening. Enjoy! Time to beat 19 Min. Evening group: Jamie 24:16 Tracey 19:56 Kelly 24:58 Austin 16:36 Dylon 16:31 Jon 22:38 Bill 16:56
Hey Mike, Are you keeping this as the the workout for tonight? The reason I ask is that I will do some upper body stuff today at the gym, and save the legs for tonight. Thanks
This is 400m walking lunges.. not 400 walking lunges.. probably why the time difference.. last time I did this I think it took me 430 or so to get the 400m
Oh the gauntlet has been thrown. My lunges were all rock solid knee to the ground, straight push through the front foot,no hands pushing on the quads I will be watching tonight. Muhahah
I'll make sure it is safe in the morning Jamie. Austin, don't forget that for at least the next month I can still kick yer arse! Picking on an old man. You should be ashamed of yourself. I can't even pick on form. Everyone was solid tonight. Now don't hurt yourselves patting yourselves on the back (Austin/Dylon) LOL Great job everyone. Jon, hope you don't hurt too much in the next few days.
Austin and Dylon, I want you guys to take a look at the main page video from June 30th . Discussion with Freddy Camacho. Notice the young man with his shirt off. He is 16 I think. There is your future.
Yeah, I've seen that video. He's really ripped for 16. I wonder how his numbers and times look. I saw another video also of two boys our age that competed at the CrossFit Games last year, and are competing again this year. They're also very strong. And there's another video of two boys, 15 and 16, doing fran in about 3:50. Which if I remember correctly is less than half of our time. It just shows us the competition we have. I don't know how long these other guys our age have been going at it, but Dylon and I sure have some catching up to do. Though I'm sure we will.
