Did cfe today 3x 1 mile w/ 2 min rest between each mile times were 6:41,6:32,6:38 had to skip pullups today as my hands are almost healed from Friday but not quite. Instead did 100dips w/ 25lbs and 25 w/ 45lbs plus some pushups and incline bench

Did not get a chance to do the WOD yesterday so I ran a nice little circuit around my neighborhood. Google pedometer is a great tool.
