    for sure CFE this week. I am on nights , mon, tues, wed but can go thurs night. Unless you are off work than we can get it done during the day.

    i leave at 330 for work so it prob wont work but we can start thurs. give me a call and we will set it up

    Did cfe today
    3x 1 mile w/ 2 min rest between each mile
    times were 6:41,6:32,6:38
    had to skip pullups today as my hands are almost healed from Friday but not quite. Instead did 100dips w/ 25lbs and 25 w/ 45lbs plus some pushups and incline bench

  8. Did not get a chance to do the WOD yesterday so I ran a nice little circuit around my neighborhood. Google pedometer is a great tool.
