Evening WOD

400M 50squats x 4

    2 Oz ckn
    3 mac nuts

    2 Block snack 9 30 ish
    Shake 5 blocks carb two blocks protein (shared with Tao)
    1 oz turkey
    6 almonds

    lunch: 5 blocks
    5 oz tuna
    1 piece of rye bread
    not enough Mayo
    1 banana

    No Snack saving space for a post class trip to Fuji.

    Dinner Fuji all you can eat sushi. Actually think I ended up somewhat balanced. Although maybe too much of everything!

    Haley " the kid" 13 did 200 M 25 Squats x 4 9:10

    People are starting to look pretty good. Everyone was strong with the squats tonight. Kudos Zach who gained time in each round of squats. Excellent job!!
