    100 pullups, 100situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats
    13:24 felt like I shouls have had a better time but I was by myself with no one yelling in the background, so maybe that was a factor
    Also did yesterdays CFE wod of
    3x of the following ladder. End with the 1 min rest before starting the next round. I ran on the treadmill at 10.4mph

    20 sec on, 20 sec off, 30 sec on, 30 sec off, 45 sec on ,45 sec off, 1 min on, 1 min off.

    Tried afterwards to practice snatch but was tired and said f--k it, theres always tomorrow
