Complete three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
Deadlift bodyweight X 15 reps
24” Box Jump X 20 reps

Go as fast as you can and or increase the weight.

    I think tomorrow wil be a day off .... but I am heading to crossfit mississauga ... taking the fitness staff for a road trip ... they did not want to make the trip to guelph

    13:?? something .... wow were my burpees broken!

    I am over trained .... I might workout friday.... but I need a few days off for sure ...
