So we have a powerlifter/strongest man type guy who will be stopping by to check us out. He is looking to get back into shape. He stopped competing a few years ago and is looking for a place where they won't freak if he moves HEAVY weight. It would seem the rest of the city frowns on that. His name is Ryan and he is down to 247 from 400. Should be fun. He does DL reps at 600#
Great efforts all around tonight. Tracey had a P/R with the jerk but given she did it 30 times I don't think it is really a R/R. Congrats all the same.

3 oz ckn
three handfulls raisins
15 Almonds and cashews.
Snack :
6 almonds
2 cups milk
Lunch:
3 oz ckn
2oz turkey
handful of raisins
5 mac nuts
2 apples.
Snack:
wait for it..here it comes...
2 cups milk
6 almonds
wow 1.5L of milk so far today!! trying to get bigger?? haha
