We are staying away from the legs tonight.
ReplyDeleteLegs or no legs, I'm having trouble walking still. I'm out for tonight. :(
ReplyDeleteGood call Mike, but I can't even sit down today without looking like a tool! I may come in tonight for support purposes only.
ReplyDeleteI didn't expect my legs to hurt as much as they do, two days after the WOD! Were you able to open the new files I sent you?
ReplyDeleteDamn. I like this one. Hey just on the discussion side of things have you all looked at the games site. Anyone thought how if they were competing what order they would do the events in?
ReplyDeleteMy legs are still sore too. Mike it will be a game time decision whether I make it back from T.O. for tonight. I will try.
ReplyDeleteFraser for me I would do Fran, then deads/burpees, then run as I think i would be able to force myself through the run rather than trying to be tired and push through a timed fran at the end
