Mike, I remember you were starting a zone challenge a few months ago .... we should start it up again .. what do you think? at the end of the day all post their meals for the day?? will be good for having a collection of recipes to help eachother out as well

I can get the caliper from work for anyone that does not know their body fat % ....

anyone who does know their BF% (or around what it is) but does not know their zone block requirement just post your body weight and BF% and I will calculate it for you

  6. well this is convenient. I was going back on the Zone on Monday anyways. The plan is 5-6 days a week Paleo Zone to get ready for school. I'll be back Monday morning or evening for sure. my hands have almost healed and the move will be done.

  8. I ripped it open doing pullups two weeks ago.
I made it much worse when I started moving. Just starting to heal now.

  10. "Another item I want to touch on pertains to a cover story in a recent
Navy Times on Crossfit, "the new fitness craze." This is a commercial
off the shelf (COTS) program and is not tailored to an individual.
Several SMEs in the sports medicine field (military & civilian) have
addressed a concern that the program has the potential for causing an
increased incidence of musculoskeletal injuries and even muscle
breakdown (rhabdomyoloysis) and therefore is not supported by CPPD.
Granted, anyone can develop a program that's very intense but there's a
safer way of doing this for our Sailors. Additionally, any program that
names exercises after women is contrary to our Core Values."
