    This was Matt's first time doing cleans with weight. Started looking really good by the end of class. Good work.
    Fraser got a new PR at 155!

  2. breakfast 5 blocks:
    3 oz turkey
    1 cup milk
    2/3 cup raspberries
    1 cup strawberries
    1/2 cup yogurt
    15 nuts
    1 tsp sugar

    Snack
    1 cup milk
    Nuts

    Lunch: 5 ish blocks
    5 oz butter ckn
    1 cup potato and egg salad.

    maca nuts

    lunch
    chicken
    greenpepper
    maca nuts

    155-165-175-185-195-205-225f
    not even close on the 225 and I really had to be careful not to drop it as the Athletic Club has signs posted now that if you drop weights you membership may be revoked, crossfit must be catching on haha

  8. One of Andrew's friends is visiting from Vancouver and just starting crossfitting about a month ago - a martial arts guy. So he and I may be in tomorrow evening. I'm rooting for Grace but it seems I've missed all the cleans :)
