Cleans wamed up with 95and 135 then did WOD 155-165-175-185-195-205-225f not even close on the 225 and I really had to be careful not to drop it as the Athletic Club has signs posted now that if you drop weights you membership may be revoked, crossfit must be catching on haha
One of Andrew's friends is visiting from Vancouver and just starting crossfitting about a month ago - a martial arts guy. So he and I may be in tomorrow evening. I'm rooting for Grace but it seems I've missed all the cleans :)
