sorry for being a no show guys ... my hands are a mess from nicole and then helen today ... blisters popped made a last minute decision to go for the 15k run .... 69minutes 30 seconds (7.5 minute mile / 3:38 minute km) ongest I have ever run I think good route mapped by mapquest walking option .... 15K on the nose
My arms are officially hosed from all the pullups. I'm having trouble straightening them. you guys have inspired me to get some running in. Not sure about 15k though.
