    11:15 .... wow did it suck 3 stair runs take alot longer the 400m!

  9. sorry for being a no show guys ... my hands are a mess from nicole and then helen today ... blisters popped made a last minute decision to go for the 15k run ....
    69minutes 30 seconds (7.5 minute mile / 3:38 minute km) ongest I have ever run I think good route mapped by mapquest walking option .... 15K on the nose

    you guys have inspired me to get some running in. Not sure about 15k though.
