    breakfast 5 blocks

    Fruit shake:
    2 cups milk
    1 cup strawberries,
    1 cup raspberries,
    tsp sugar.
    2 oz turkey,
    1 oz cheese
    15 nuts

    Lunch:5 ish

    7.5 oz ground beef.
    1 cup potato salad.
    5 Mac nuts
    1 C milk

  6. Fraser did the tabata this morning.
    One round consisted of pull ups,squats,push ups.

    Pull 12 12 9 8 5 7 5 8 =66
    Squat 17 17 16 14 11 13 13 15 = 116
    P/U 17 19 17 14 13 15 13 13 = 121

    That's 303 reps in 8 minutes of work.

  7. yeah for sure .... went unbroken until the last 2 or three thrusters of the 15 set....

    so I can improve on the 'rest' points as well as the speed of the thrusters
