Fraser did the tabata this morning.One round consisted of pull ups,squats,push ups.Pull 12 12 9 8 5 7 5 8 =66Squat 17 17 16 14 11 13 13 15 = 116P/U 17 19 17 14 13 15 13 13 = 121That's 303 reps in 8 minutes of work.great effort.
yeah for sure .... went unbroken until the last 2 or three thrusters of the 15 set....21 t21 P13 t + 2 t7 p + 8 p9 t5 p + 4 pso I can improve on the 'rest' points as well as the speed of the thrusters
I did Fran today.. Rx'd5:44 I think it was
i forgot my sandles at the gym .... grrrr i wil need to come get them
