    Ice Cream from the Cone Shoppe ( kids are great)

    12 Almonds 3 cashews
    Milk Shake:
    Raspberries, Mango, banana,Milk

    2341 Calories 39 fat,36%carb,25%protein.
    The ice cream really messes with the percentages. Almost 400 Cal right there

  9. Did the CrossFit.com workout:
    15 Push Ups
    12 Ring Dips
    115# Push Press 9 reps
    Max rounds 20 minutes..
    I subbed Assisted Ring Dips and used 55# for the push press..
    Got 5 rounds... Man did that make me feel weak!

    My diet has been almost identical mon-present except yesterday I had tomatoes instead of an apple with my dinner and instead of a snack I had... all you can eat sushi.
    Damn peer pressure! :P
