  3. Nice Mac.

    I just got in from a 3k run. Managed it all in POSE, or at least something resembling POSE. No heal strikes! The new Nike 5.0's I picked up were outstanding. No hesitancy in recommending them. Legs are a little sore from yesterdays Lunge Squat WOD and I can feel my calves already. Can't wait to try it in some Vibrams.

  4. I ran approximately 6.5 to 7km, and estimate that I maintained the POSE for about 2km. I certainly do feel the speed with it, that being said though, my lungs and VO2 Max need to catch up to that style. Calves are fried for sure, but hopefully they too will adjust. PS - Mike I bought the same shoes as you. Clearly, brothers from other mothers.
