  3. I also just did the wod. I did not have a timer but based on Tracey's time and when I left the computer I was right around the 10 minute mark, sub 12 for sure.

    The old guy from the convenience store came out to watch, did some push ups, a couple of squats (incorrectly I might add) and tell me slowly slowly....
