  2. i did 1RM deadlifts...
    got up to a fail at 400# .... if the weights are any indication on my back injury, then I am 90.6% better haha

    Continuous Clock Pull Ups
    Got to 12 mins...did dead hangs

    155# for 4 rounds
    135# for rest
    14 rounds, 5 squats 8 DU's
