Uhhh decent, I thought it was supposed to ring dips but when we got there it had been changed to pull ups so i did that. I think I finished in a little over 20 mins... not sure though, the deadlift killed me.
You can only hide behind percentages for so long Mike... Uhhh, Jeremy was doing O lifting and Austin and Adrian went ahead and did 30 muscles up for time.

Alec 220# age 17 225 FS = 1.02 x BW
So my dear Alec when your FS gets to 308# we will be moving the same amount of weight relative to our body weight.
