  5. SCARE YA? You did the math eh? It was not meant to be three rounds. That was a holdover from something else I was working on. It is only 96 reps of each for 884.

  6. Not sure about the math, myself. To me, it looks like 436 reps total with a whopping 110 HSPU's and pushups, which will likely put me out of commission for another week. 3 2 1 go, right? ;)
