Not sure about the math, myself. To me, it looks like 436 reps total with a whopping 110 HSPU's and pushups, which will likely put me out of commission for another week. 3 2 1 go, right? ;)
109 is the final count. 436 is it. Gold star for Jamie. We likely will not have a Friday class as Tracey and I are away this week end doing karate stuff. so we have a good break to recover.
