Damn! I'm back in Guelph and it looks like I missed a lot. Did you get the shirts? I'd like to come in tomorrow morning or Sunday if possible to make up for the WOD I missed today. As for Wednesday I made up a WOD: 150 Burpees for time. My time was 14:17, or something like that.. My clock didn't have seconds. It's funny I was thinking of doing Tabata for today's WOD, but I didn't have the time.
So Mark is a bit of a STUD! No M/U's to 4 in 5 minutes. Great to have you aboard Mark. Some people work a long time to get a Muscle Up, some of us get it right away. Good for you, we will start working the back lever as soon as we can.

Austin, we will be there tomorrow morning at 10 A.M Yes, shirts are in. Hate to break this to you but the 150 Burpies is a WOD. 14;17 pretty good Austin. I think the time to beat is low tens.
Fraser, I did a Tabata squat yesterday evening on my own, then did the Wod with the group tonight. Mac was kind enough to take a day off but still come in! We have such a great group of individuals.
