  4. Looks good. Saw highlights from the women's light division snatches yesterday (rerun from Saturday I think). The Chinese gold medalist is only the second female ever to snatch 2 x bodyweight at 209.4lb's. Looked like she could do more too. It was textbook. The other competitors in her division didn't even come close.

  9. 21 minutes is a good time brother ..... lots of people were posting a lot higher 26-33 minutes seemed to be the average

    OPT did it in 10 but he was doing power snatches

  13. well we have a weird situp bench that I was using to do GHD situps .... it is basically a backless seat with a place to anchor your feet .... so it is a GHD situp but with your knees at a 90 degree angle instead of straight out

    the set of 50 almost killed me
