  7. Nice job Mac! Way to improve. Small group this morning Matt and Hayley. They did a mini Cindy. Mattspent time working cleans and Hayley worked with me learning movement.

    Matt 7 rounds 10 Squats Matt had done a wack of cleans working his way to approx 135 ish.
    Hayley 8 rounds.

    I think we may have a keeper in Hayley. I hope she will usher in our next wave of morning people.

  8. Just finished a set a tabata squats. 160 reps.21 in the first and 19 in the last. Tabata is easier with a med ball. You do get just a little bounce off the ball rather then having to rely on your stretch reflex entirely.....This gives me an idea!
