  1. Sam and Shannon were the only takers this morning se we took the time to work on some jerks. We did a progression of hand positions, foot work, and rack jerks. Shannon hit a PR 80#;s well one. Sam, hindered by flexibility also hit 80 . There is much more in the tank for both of them. Shannon be aggressive! Sam work the flexibility. Good work ladies.
