Adam and Susan were the only takers and Adam had a rough go of things. Did a couple of rounds at 115 the dropped to 105 for the balance. 18:36. Susan had a steep learning curve today as this was her first foray into HPC's good job Susan. Susan started at 35 for 3 rounds then finished off with 25# for the rest. 14:07. Poor woman, I made her do squats till Adam finished the Wod.
You win some, you lose some. Then there was today. The bright side - tomorrow is a new workout. A workout involving legs....and burpees. Tomorrow is day 30! Have a good weekend.
After Friday's wo, had some difficulty reaching back to put on my seatbelt Saturday! Had a nice swim this morning (Sun), keeping the arms moving and working (a little less though) It starts to get better soon right??
