By myself, I did four sets of:5 per side Turkish get up10 pull ups20 squatsWould be more fun in a group.
Saturday and Sundays are at 10:00 A.M Ryan.
No body was in this morning Ed? I have not been to the gym today. Look spretty good what weight did you use?
Ed and I were there at 10am, but nobody else was
Just 20 lbs. Weak shoulder.
I think I got it. So Silas just switched up the WOD. Cool
