Hey Mac. Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Hope you heal quick. On a separate issue, you must have done some secret police hand to hand type stuff. Any chance you might be interested in running a workshop in real life scenario self defence? or know someone who might.
don't mind fucking aorund with the hand to hand stuff but not confident enough to run a workshop .... my fighting mostly ivolves a mix of hand to hand combat with some hockey fighting and usually ends up in a pig pile on top of the bad guy ....
Mike, I called you twice, me and Si decided to come in tomorrow to practice wrestling, hopefully you'll let us. If not... we'll just hang around and watch I guess?
Started with a warm up consisting of wrestling for one minute while the other person skipped. Rotated three times for about ten minutes total.

I marked the pull up on the random board and noticed you changed the shoulder press on the board. Nice efforts Mac!
