  1. Started with a warm up consisting of wrestling for one minute while the other person skipped. Rotated three times for about ten minutes total.

  2. will not be there tonight (probably not for a while .... screwed up my ankle)
    yesterday I did shoulder press and Weighted pull ups .... can't remember the progression, but I PR'ed 1RM SP at 165# and weighted pull ups at 97.5#

  4. Hey Mac. Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Hope you heal quick. On a separate issue, you must have done some secret police hand to hand type stuff. Any chance you might be interested in running a workshop in real life scenario self defence? or know someone who might.

  5. don't mind fucking aorund with the hand to hand stuff but not confident enough to run a workshop .... my fighting mostly ivolves a mix of hand to hand combat with some hockey fighting and usually ends up in a pig pile on top of the bad guy ....
