The girls Agatha and her sister Ursula were also in. We did two rounds of the W/U then worked through Thrusters, Shoulder Press, Push Press and Push Jerk.
Finished with a little 10 SP 10 PP 10 PJ. Good work.
Austin! 13 rounds!? Awesome stuff guys. I did a workout similar to this a couple weeks ago where each round consisted of 3MU (unbroken) 5HSPU and 10 Pushups and I could only manage 6 rounds - couldn't even get a single MU after that, so tonight should be interesting. RE: house - almost there. pretty much just have to close.
And the old guys in the evening smoke the young studs from the morning. RFLMFAO
Jamie 14 rounds + 1 M/U Mark 16 Mark was struggling with the HSPU so we counted every solid vertical effort as a rep. Mike 15 plus 1 Kb Swing.

Tracey worked with Kendra and Alli. Will post results in the morning. Solid efforts though. The girls drink whiskey and they like CrossFit. Gotta like it!

My M/U's were all broken, but something definitely clicked for me halfway through the WOD and I think they've become a lot easier.
