    Nice work boys. I think the girls were impressed!

    The girls Agatha and her sister Ursula were also in. We did two rounds of the W/U then worked through Thrusters, Shoulder Press, Push Press and Push Jerk.

    Finished with a little 10 SP 10 PP 10 PJ.

  4. Austin! 13 rounds!? Awesome stuff guys.
    I did a workout similar to this a couple weeks ago where each round consisted of 3MU (unbroken) 5HSPU and 10 Pushups and I could only manage 6 rounds - couldn't even get a single MU after that, so tonight should be interesting.
    RE: house - almost there. pretty much just have to close.

  5. My M/U's were all broken, but something definitely clicked for me halfway through the WOD and I think they've become a lot easier.
