  4. so I got bored and did a workout here at work .... so with a healing ankle I should not start doing 2 WOD's a day

    I did 7 rounds for time of
    7 dips
    7 benchpress
    7 handstand pushups

    took me 18 minutes ... wow not working out for a week took a toll on me .... the first 3 rounds were no problem .... next 4 took some work!

    250# deadlift, 15 reps
    I did it in 28:55
    175# first round, 155# after that
    gonna be sore tomorrow

    Yesterday I did
    "Erin"
    Five rounds for time of:
    40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
    21 Pull-ups
    Used 20# Dumbbells,
    Took 16:40


    Doing WODs when you're sick is hard (and probably stupid)!
