1. 12 Consecutive muscle ups for time.
2. Max D/U's 5 min.
3. 300 Box jumps.
4. Max .5 B/W snatches in 10 min.
5. 40 consecutive pullups.
These challenges will change at months end. I will be posting new challenges at the beginning of each month.

ReplyDeleteI was aiming for sub 10, which I know I can attain. Lost a little time at the start moving the box and recording rounds. Anyway 1 in the books. I did it in tens. In hind site, not the best strategy. We shall see how the numbers come in. Good Fun
Some challenges, like the muscle ups will carry over into the next month until they are met.
