Slow morning again. Worked with Ryan on Back Squats. Good job Ryan! All the way to 200#'s . Marcia and Tracey were also in at 7 shoulder and bench pressing.
Back Squat - 145# - Boooo...Failed @ past PR of 155#
Thomas is going to be pushing the big boys soon. 315 B/S with solid form.
