Five rounds for time of:
135/95-pound Snatch, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups
135/95-pound Thruster, 10 reps
Use same weight for both exercises


Warm Up:
1xCFHQ
Then Burgener x 3

Skill: Pressing Snatch Balance
