If you cannot do Ring Dips use a plate on your lap and do box dips.

Warm Up:

There and Back
High Knees
Therenback
Lunges
10 shoulder rolls

    This on the other hand was really hard, my wrists are pretty sore and I think my pecks wish they could disown me

    with unweighted ring dips, I did Rx hspu but had to kip them after 5-4-3 haha
