ReplyDeleteThen I PR'd my deadlift - 230# - 2x bodyweight, finally! :D Very pleased with this.
14:30 @ 95#. It was heavy, I probably could have gone about 5 lbs heavier, but it would have been a struggle. I really need to work on my jerks more often.
