Heather will be running the 5 and 6 pm classes tomorrow. Tracey, Rich, Tifany and myself will be at Ross woking with their wrestling team.

  1. Tomorrow will be a recovery day for me. Knee is finally feeling better, and I decided to do both the muay thai and savate classes tonight. :)

    Good work John and Karen 9 awesome squat. Both of you remember drive those knees apart.

    Last friday: first legitimate Rx'd workout.
    Today: First (maybe second) DNF.

    ...Such is the life with "named" workouts I guess.

    31:34 (stopped @ 70 sit ups) 2 black bands for P/U

    Some small success in that I did perfect chest to ground push-ups and did them in about 6 minutes. I just really wanted to get to the squats - I could've pounded those out in under 3 minutes I was pretty sure.

    Nothing like a DNF to motivate you!

    Pull-ups/push-ups Rx'd...hands torn to shit.

    Pretty intense follow-up to an hour and a half of hot yoga, lol.

  7. Did 100 box jumps, 100 GHD Extensions, 100 GHD Sit Ups, 100 SQuats... 26:47? No idea what the time was... Had to re-do 50 squats because of shit form..
