  1. Great 6 A.M group this morning. All of you make it easy to get up and come to work every day. Susan and Beth....Cleans have leaped forward. Really impressive. Tim is going to be a quick study and having Chris back is very good. Ana at 85 #'s rock solid effort as always. I heard someone talking about your sexy shoulders yesterday....Honest.

    7 A.M was just Tracey and I. Like the days of Rebel Fitness. We both did the WOD Rx'd. Rx'd time to beat so far is either 7:55 or 8:55.

  2. I love the 6am ... it is the perfect start to the day. Don't start work till 10 so the amount of stuff I get done between is fantastic!

    Do people do two classes in a row? Is that possible/done/acceptable?
    Just curious ... for the future you know.

    Did first rnd @ 95#, then went down to 85# for the remaining 4 rnds.
    I did too many pre-WOD reps and was toast for the workout. BAH!! :P
