  1. Did power cleans instead of power snatches and step ups instead of box jumps. The workout was harder than I thought!

  2. Good fun today. Thanks or playing everyone. Hope some of the technical and positional work helped.
    Thomas took on Nate for the first time and managed 10 rds and a MU as Rxd. Solid dude.
