Back Squats n'
Bench Press
Then, 3 rds, 1 min each of:
Box Jumps
KB Swings

Warm Up:
Dynamic Stretching
3 rounds of:
5 burpies
5 Squats B2B (slow)
15 D/u's
5 jumping Lunges

    my legs are tired as ... well, really tired.
    210 on the squat for my new PR (only PR?) and knocked off way more D/U's than ever.

    Some good numbers on the back squat. Good learning. Sinclair hit a 365 for the big PR of the day. Tracey missed a 230, Tiff hit a 165...and I feel like I am on track for another try at 2xBW..we shall see. Keep on lifting.

  4. Just a correction in Mike's above paragraph: I failed the 165# B/S, but successfully achieved the 160#, which is a new PR for me :)
