Last friday: first legitimate Rx'd wo...Arghhh!<br /><br />Last friday: first legitimate Rx'd workout.<br />Today: First (maybe second) DNF.<br /><br />...Such is the life with "named" workouts I guess.<br /><br />31:34 (stopped @ 70 sit ups) 2 black bands for P/U<br /><br />Some small success in that I did perfect chest to ground push-ups and did them in about 6 minutes.
