Then

3 rounds of:
30 D/U's
There and backs
Lunges
Fannie Wackers
Shoulder Dislocates

Skill:
PVC-Jerks

Mobility:

Hamstrings
Glutes

  1. Takin' a rest day. I pulled something in my shoulder doing all of that overhead stuff on Saturday and its been bugging me all day incessantly. Don't want to jeopardize the whole week. Have fun everyone!

  2. Continued the resting of the hand today. REALLY wanted to do Grace, but I think that that would be considered Idioting...and we don't want any (more) of that! haha

    So I did the Mainsite WOD today:
    Run 1600m
    Rest 3 min
    Run 1200
    Rest 2 min
    Run 800m
    Rest 1 min
    Run 400m

    Times were 7:58 (1600m), 5:34 (1200m), 3:24 (800m), 1:26 (400m). Should've pushed harder on the first two runs. My pacing was off.

    Did it all outside, too, at around 6:30pm. Brrrrr haha.

    But MAN, what a runner's high right now! Woo!
