Great effort Fraser. Did you have a conflict for the mornings this week. I can't remember what you said.
I'll be in tomorrow morning, but not Thursday. Friday I can be in whenever.....if you want to do that team workout.
So, I'm missing WODs and stuck in Collingwood without running shoes so I did 10 rounds of 10 pushups - 10 squats - 10 situps in 11:25 in the carpeted hotel gym with easy rock playing in background. Just not the same....Hope to be back soon!
