  1. Happy Monday everyone. Might modify this one for the evening class. We shall see.
    Fraser and I did this this morning.Our (my) snatches aren't pretty but the weight goes up.

    Tabata:
    Fraser19-19-17-16-16-16-15-15=133
    Mike 21-21-20-20-20-20-20-20=162

    Snatches

    Fraser 35-45-50-55-65-70-75-85
    Mike 45-55-65-75-85-95-105

    Fraser did overhead squats the whole progression. Mike switched to Stick OHS at 75.

    Fraser PR for snatch at 85 and OHS at 85.

  3. I'm on WOD hiatus for the next couple of days. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it out on Wednesday night. Friday night shouldn't be a problem though.

  5. For those of you who have not done them tabata squats are: 8 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
