Did 20 min bike for warm up then CFE WOD (C2: 2 x 1500m, go 80% first 1500m recover 2min, then 90% or more for second 1500m) Times were 6:15 then 5:54. For CF worked on handstand pushups and 1 and 2 arm kb swings, rest day tomorrow finally
I'm not going to lie. It took me a long time to think of the appropriate word. I thought master was the least offending :). There was also Wise One, Dark One, Yoda, Old Jedi. Does this ease your decision?
