ReplyDeleteAhh too bad I am missing this one... yeah right haha. Did the CF main page WOD today, unable to keep time due to a little wasted time starting treadmill and someone stole my thruster weight so I had to reset it up.

Filthy 50 is awesome. Tonight I was sitting on the stairs outside the gym trying to recover, watching the crew on their backs in pain and Tracey and Kelly in the background just killing their last sets. It was quite a site. The image will be burned in my mind for a while. Never seen so many sweat prints on the ground. Awesome
