  2. um.......well austin take just about every movement you know then do it 50 times for time.
I did my own thing this morning. I call it "I miss Boxing"
    5 rounds
60 bag hits (as fast as you can, we called them Mexicans at my old gym I'm sorry for any Mexicans who might read this)
    20 Shuttle Runs
    21 Kettle Bell Swings 40#
    Time 29:40
I really have no idea how many times I ran back and forth in the gym, I lost track every round. But I was working hard so it worked out.
    Have fun tonight all.

  5. Ahh too bad I am missing this one... yeah right haha. Did the CF main page WOD today, unable to keep time due to a little wasted time starting treadmill and someone stole my thruster weight so I had to reset it up.

  10. Filthy 50 is awesome. Tonight I was sitting on the stairs outside the gym trying to recover, watching the crew on their backs in pain and Tracey and Kelly in the background just killing their last sets. It was quite a site. The image will be burned in my mind for a while. Never seen so many sweat prints on the ground. Awesome
    effort.
