How did you enjoy the lunges? I was looking forward to doing this one with you guys.
It was actually pretty good. Around the 250 mark it seemed a little daunting but once you hit 300 you're on the home stretch :)I'm having a bit of a hard time standing up so tomorrow should be a blast!

two games in a row ... semi finals then finals .... win and then loss in the finals by one goal!!! oh well225(f) on cleans today ... got 205 though think I could of get 215 if I was smart and did not want to get 2 plates!! next time!

i dont know hahah weights on ground .... raise it up and drop underneath ... legs at parallel and stand back up ....not sure of the difference ...
