Work on Squats and Cleans.
Air squats, goblet squats, jumping squats, back squats. Cleans, jump and land, med ball, clean drops and finally cleans with bar.
After practicing do a cumulative 2 min L sit. Every time your feet hit the ground do 3 goblet squats 40#, and 3 power cleans 45#.

What's a goblet squat?
ReplyDeleteIts just an air squat with a bell (weight) held at arms length between your legs. It enables you to really lift your chest and straighten your back. The placement of the weight allows you to counter balance.
ReplyDeleteThere was a demo of Boston Johns from Diablo Crossfit, using this as a squat fix. It really works.
