  4. Yeah... I thought about that one too - assuming we had had the time for 5 rounds I would have liked to try it with the breaks. It took me a good hour or so to get full bearings after this morning!

  5. I did this at work this afternoon and had trouble walking up the stairs ... not because of my legs ... I felt dizzy!!
