Personal Records. Yeah Baby

Kelly: 25 D/U

Haley 13 : 7 Double unders, 8 kipping pullups, 120# dead lift.

Mike: 28 D/U

Kelly and Tracey both completed the 30 sec static hang completing the well rounded beginners list.

Crossfit just seems to work, don't it?
