    I like the wods you've been throwing down lately, very good stuff. The MEBB shit is sweet eh. I hurt my back pretty severly at the start of June so I've been out of it for almost a month now....I'm pissed. I might be in Guelph this weekend for a bit and I'll swing by if I can one of the mornings. Don't know if I'll be able to train tho. Anyway, take care brother.
