    Tried handstands for a while, butterfly kips, and some transitions.

    Then 11:40(ish) on the WOD. Pullups slowed me down :(

    Good times.

    i was feeling a bit lazy today so the skill session was ... well ... I taped my hands. hahah.

    5:10 on the wod @135# wipers. Managed unbroken pullups etc... good times. Really enjoyed it!

  3. Did the WOD solo. Not sure why but I LOVE wipers! Hands were a bit tender to begin with, P/U's definitely slowed me down.
