Power: Snatch
Wod: Tabata Squats, Pull Ups


We are dedicating this class to improving our snatches. At the end of class we will all demonstrate a few. STAY FOCUSED!

  2. Snatching 115 with decent form but still needs work and got to get 135+

  3. Stayed at 65# for snatch work today. Not sure how many reps...quite a few. Getting better but still some technical wrinkles to iron out - more shrug, more speed.
